In Nordic countries we use PostNord’s Service called MyPack. It’s available in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. In Finland we are using Matkahuolto services. PostNord will send you email, text message to your phone or by mail when the package is ready for your pick up at local post office. All package goes to nearest postoffice where you can pick up package. You have proof your identity when you are picking up the package.

To others Europes countries we use also PostNord’s services. It takes about 4 days up to 10 working days that our shipment is in your local post office.

To other part of world, we use Posti Oyj services. It takes about 7 up to 15 working days that your package is in your local post office.

We have been shipped our sunglasses to every continent of world. Next we are going to send some sunglasses to the MOON!

The package is stored in your local post office 14 days. After that the package it will be returned to us back to Finland.

Shipping in Finland

In Finland delivery time is 2 days to one week. Normally its takes 2-3 days that you will get the package to nearest Matkahuolto service points. We have FREE SHIPPING in Finland also.

All orders in Finland will be delivered by Matkahuolto to the closest Matkahuolto service outlet around the country. Matkahuolto will send a text message to the receiver of package, whenever the package has reached the final Matkahuolto service outlet.

About Returning the Package in Finland

If you would like to return the package, give this number: 9511632 to staff and they will make rest for your. You have to return the package into same Matkahuolto service point where you you picked up the shipment. After that when we have got the shipment and inspected that sunglasses are in good condition we will pay the price back t your bank account. For that we will need your bank account detail in your email.

Returning your package back to us

If you wan to return your sunglasses to us, please send us an email to info(at)polloteyewear.com . We will make you a new address paper and send it to your email. You have to print it and put in the package. Then you just go to same post office where you picked up the package first time. Just give the package to the staff and tell them you would like to return this package to its sender. There are no costs at all for you so don’t worry.

After that when we have got the shipment and inspected that sunglasses are in good condition we will pay the price back to your bank account. For that we will need your bank account detail in your email.
